Camps
Mackellar Girls Campus provides opportunities for students to attend various camps.
Year 7 camp is to Milson Island for 3 days and is a great way for the students to get to know each other and to bond with their Year Advisers. It is filled with team bonding exercises and fun outdoor activities like abseiling and rock climbing.
Year 10 has a leadership camp for all the students interested in Peer Support. This camp is for 2 days and the students learn skills to help them be Peer Support Leaders.
The Duke of Edinburgh has camps involved and the duration depends on which award you are participating in (see link below).
There are also camps for sports, musical bands and dance available to the students.
